No one wants extra headaches. We plan with you from the very beginning, starting with a free consultation where we'll discuss your needs, theme, and budget. Next, we'll help you to create your own custom menu consisting of signature cocktails of your choice with an emphasis on quality ingredients, balance, and beautiful presentation.
From there the Slow Dive team will figure out the tedious but important details like estimating how much of everything you'll need for your party so your bar is never left running out of supplies. Along the way we'll even help shop for bottles and supplies so you’re never have to waste precious time making grocery runs or scouring aisles for the right kind of spirits because obessing over the little details is our job, not yours.

What are the three packages focused on and who is the ideal client?
Includes professional bartender, all essential bar gear needed for service (shakers, strainer, wine key, mobile bar with linen, coolers, ice, cups, straws, napkins) 3-4 spirits, 3-4 sodas/mixers.
This package is aimed at casual gatherings and budget conscious planners - equipped to have fun and push out satisfying one-and-one cocktails so you can enjoy the party and leave the rest to us.
"The Essentials"
Includes all "the essentials" and a fully equipped bar set up, a custom cocktail menu, house made syrups, fresh squeezed juices, drink specific garnishes, printed themed menu for display, and glassware rental when appropriate.
This package is the most versatile offering a craft cocktail-bar experience with an emphasis on freshness, quality, and service while featuring a custom menu to fit the vibe or theme for any event.
"The Classics"
Includes everything from previous two packages with a curated menu of cocktails chosen from The Slow Dive & Co's signature cocktail program using premium spirits, elevated syrups, cordials, and ingredients.

A: Any celebration! We bartend weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and more across South Florida (Miami-Dade & Broward). If it’s a gathering you’re hosting, we’re ready to serve.
Q: Can I have a custom menu?
A: Absolutely! You can choose 3-4 cocktails from our Slow Dive signatures menu, or your choice of 3-4 classic cocktails. If you have any specific beverage ideas you'd like to bring to the table we're all ears and ready to bring your ideas to life too. Please refer to our packages page for details.
Q: Whats included in the service?
A: We handle everything. Our packages include the bar setup (bar, ice, glassware, mixers), premium spirits, and our professional bartender(s). A: Yes, we at Slow Dive & Co want to ensure everyone at your celebration or special event can feel inlcuded in the fun and have something delicious to sip on including the kids! We can offer "spirit free" cocktails using industry leading N/A spirits, as well as our very own house-made mixers made from fresh juices and ingredients.
